FIRST ART SHOW!!! June 10, 2011, Autumn "auSumn" Germroth was apart of the insanely fabulous Pretty Girls Feminist Art art show at the 80808 Gallery in Columbia, SC. Collaborating with 14 other artists to raise money for the Columbia Women's Shelter, the artists were able to raise over $1000! To add to the donation, a select group of the artists plan on volunteering their time on July 20, 2011 to teach an art class for the women at the shelter, as well. There was some truly amazing talent on display in a variety of mediums and art forms. Available for sale was traditional oil paintings, funky acrylic and watercolor, abstract/mix media peice

Raised on the Mariah Carey's and Madonna's of the early 90's, Autumn "auSumn" Germroth, artist and founder of auSumncreations, has always been inspired by strong, beautiful women. This can be seen in many of her works! Most of her art focuses on the poised female form and face; from the position of the chin lifted in confidence to the curve in the back, arched not slouched. Over the years, her style has evolved from pencil-perfectionism into a world filled with bold color, ink and fantasy. Trading in her pencil for a paint brush and letting go of the need to be perfect, she creates her own rules with untraditional use of watercolor and black
